1. One (1) recent passport size & (3) 1 x 1 inch photographs.
2. A photocopy of CNIC. (Computerized National Identity Card).
3. Submit one copy of ‘Form B' in case CNIC has not been issued
yet.
4. If your are a foreign national, please attach copy of your
passport (first four pages).
5. Incomplete form in any manner will not be entertained.
6. Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to select,
reject or place the volunteers as per requirement
and no objection should be raised in this regard.
