Mr. Inderjit Singh is the Chairman of Ecommerce Gateway Consortium. He is the Founder, CEO and President of Infiniti Solutions Limited, a Singapore based multinational company in the Semiconductor Manufacturing business. He is also currently the Executive Chairman of Tri Star Electronics Pte Ltd, an electronics trading company. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer and President of United Test and Assembly Center Ltd (UTAC), a large Singapore based semiconductor manufacturing and engineering service and full turnkey solutions provider. Mr. Singh is the founder of UTAC and built it up to an estimated market capitalization of US$ One billion in July 2000. UTAC is currently listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange. Mr. Singh has 16 years experience in the high technology semiconductor and information technology industries.

He is a Member of Parliament of the Singapore Government and is the Deputy Government Whip as well as the Deputy Chairman of the Government Parliamentary committee for the Ministries for Finance and Trade and Industry. He is Chairman of the Singapore's National Trust Council for e-commerce policies and a member of the Board of URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore), SPRING (Singapore Productivity Innovation and Growth Board), both Statutory boards of the Singapore government and he is also a council member of the Nanyang Technological University, a premier Singapore University.
